If you can no longer use your tickets for the sold out Ballarat show or if you missed out on tickets… that’s really sad… but it’s ok because Ticket Return is now available through Moshtix.

If you need a ticket, your best chance is to check the Ballarat Moshtix page for any returned tickets. Availability will be dependent on how many fans have returned their tickets so there’s no guarantee, but keep checking back for any relisted tickets.

If you can no longer use your ticket, Ticket Return allows you to upload your unwanted ticket back to the Moshtix ticketing page to be bought by another customer. If the ticket is purchased, a new barcode will be generated, which invalidates the previous ticket. Moshtix will then provide a refund to the seller of the tickets (less service fees). You can find the ticket return button through your Moshtix account under your orders.
